Alejandra Paniagua y La Calandria

Veracruz

* Programme subject to change

This performance offers a musical experience that links the work of Paniagua with that of the musical trio Calandria, of which she is a member, offering a sonic journey between individual creation and collective work. The programme spans genres such as son jarocho, bolero and traditional Mexican music, with original compositions that celebrate the country’s cultural richness.

Audiences will enjoy vocal and instrumental pieces that explore themes such as nostalgia, motherhood, coastal landscapes and everyday life. The songs featured in this concert: En el horizonte, Madre, Cascabel and Pan y mole, shape a rich and nuanced repertoire in which tradition becomes a contemporary and emotional expression.
