A show where ten queer Mexican artists bring their stories to life through song, body, and desire. Inspired by iconic figures such as Esperanza Iris, Mistinguett, and Anita Berber, it transports us to the 1920s, when art was free, raw, provocative and unfiltered.
One of the objectives of this performance is to celebrate diversity and the strength of authenticity, blending humour, sensuality, and social critique. Directed and performed by talents from Germany, Spain, France, and Mexico, the show pays homage to an era of creative freedom and explores how cabaret, which can juxtapose, multiply, or mutate, will always be a return to its origins, an act of resistance, reinvention, and pure expression.
