Mujer en Cypher brings the essence of female hip hop to the stage, transforming it into an artistic and political statement. This collective’s project functions as a living archive where rhymes and rap created by women are proudly named and recognized. The project is presented as a rotating cast experience, ensuring that each performance is a one-of-a-kind event. This dynamic generates unprecedented crossovers and musical interpretations that can only happen in the present moment.

The performance’s narrative blends written rap with improvisation, allowing different generations of artists to engage in a dialogue of mastery and creativity in real time. In this Capítulo 3, the stage brings together prominent artists from Mexico City and its surrounding area: Ximbo, Niña Dioz, Azuky, La Cuervo, Skafo Lafaro, and Lewin. The musical lineup, anchored in DJ Ninja One’s sound system format and the MCs, is enriched by the participation of María Balvina on the trombone and the urban dance performance by La Onder.
