This is an initiative of the International Cervantino Festival that seeks to expand the reach of its artistic and cultural programming to various regions of the country. Through partnerships with states and national festivals, the festival promotes the circulation of artists participating in the festival, especially those of international stature, so that their talent can be shared at various venues spanning different cities and states in Mexico.
