It is the perfect place for all kinds of outdoor art activities, book displays, music, dance and craft.

Since 1863, San Fernando Square is located on the land of what was once the Hacienda de San Francisco de Cervera, known as 'Los Hornos'. It takes its name from both the patron saint, St. Francis, and the Spanish monarch, Fernando VIII.

This beautiful location is characterized by a paved and tiled floor with geometric figures, work of the renowned plastic artist from Guanajuato, José Chávez Morado. In the center of the square there is also a gorgeous baroque-style fountain that in recent years has undergone several changes due to deterioration.

It is precisely in this square, open to the general public, where you will be able to see part of the scenic offer from the Cervantino's guest of honor.
