Yuna Le Floc'h

Yuna Le Floc'h

Singer, multi-instrumentalist, dancer and pedagogue, Yuna Le Floc'h is an eclectic artist who has collected her tools throughout training and meetings. Her musical and choreographic identity is nourished by the multiple experiences that have marked her career (cello practice, contemporary dance, jazz, lyrical singing, theater) and the inspiration of the different artists and works that have marked her. She was fascinated by world music and electronics, which prompted her to develop certain vocal and rhythmic techniques that combine imitation and improvisation.

In the beginning, she was part of the music group Desinvolt (text song mixed with swing and folk influences, with a trio of female voices), she performed several experimental performances mixing dance and music. She is currently head of the DUMI, professor of lyrical singing at the Brest Conservatory, choreographer and artist of three shows: Daughter of Hestia from the Mystica Salvaje company, Decadent Recital in A major and P'tit Coco from the Ca Denote company, where she always has fun mixing disciplines, genres and cultures.
