Sarina Pedroza Montero
She is co-founder of the company Lormiga Títeres, as well as a children's literature illustrator and writer. She has a trajectory of 12 years dedicated to building full and happy childhoods through art and reading. She is the current director of Títeres Lormiga Asociación Civil.
She has specialized in theater with puppets in various courses and workshops like: The Center for Studies in the Art of Puppetry with the Argentine master Carlos Converso. He has also participated in the Animation Laboratory of Corporeal Puppets, the Hybrid Puppet Design Workshop with Carolina Pimentel (CDMX), Puppet Construction Workshop for TV with Liz Martell (CDMX), Puppet Animation Workshop for TV with Dagon Producciones, Foam Rubber Puppet Construction Workshop with Santiago Cordero (Ecuador) and Paper Puppets Workshop with Viviana Amaya (CDMX), among others. She is currently taking the semi-attending diploma course in Artistic Education in support of Basic Education at the Centro Nacional de las Artes (CENART) in Mexico.
Her productions have been presented in countries such as the United States, Canada, Romania, Argentina, Colombia and Mexico. It is currently working hand in hand with the school community, bringing children from vulnerable areas closer to reading and poetry through the project "My wings, my story" with the collection of stories and experiences of children during and after pandemics.
