Alexander Vivero, piano

Pianist and composer

Born in 2008 in Guadalajara, Jalisco. He began studying piano at the age of four, composition at five and orchestral conducting at ten. He is currently a member of the Society of Authors and Composers of Mexico (SACM, Sociedad de Autores y Compositores de México), with a catalog of more than 40 works of his own. He is the winner of national and international awards such as the Grand Prix Virtuoso in Bonn, Germany and the American Protégé in New York. He has performed on several stages as recitalist and soloist with orchestra at the Teatro Degollado, Carnegie Hall, Conjunto Santander, Palcco and El Cantoral. At the age of 13 he made his debut as an orchestra conductor and since then he has conducted different ensembles, among them Solistas de América, Higinio Ruvalcaba, Jóvenes Solistas de Jalisco, Cámara de Zapopan, Sinfónica Lomas del Paraíso, Juvenil de Zapopan and ECOS Blas Galindo. He has also excelled as a piano accompanist with important personalities such as Angélica Olivo, Jennifer Stumm, Antonio Dubatovka and Ángel Hernández. In addition to Spanish, his native language, he speaks English, French, Italian and German.
