Miroslava Ferra
She is a singer-songwriter originally from Juchitán de Zaragoza, located in the Isthmus of Tehuantepec, Oaxaca. She has a degree in Marketing and a master's degree in Business Administration. Her Zapotec roots inspire her to promote the culture of her hometown through her singing, as it is the cradle of great composers and outstanding Oaxacan artists, who, like her, exalt the Zapotec culture of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec. With her singing, she seeks to promote traditional Mexican music, especially from Oaxaca, performing with emotion the genres that represent the characteristic folklore of Mexico.
Her music, and the sensitivity that characterizes her, has led her to perform on major stages in Mexico and abroad. Her passion for her Isthmian roots stands out when she wears her regional costume, both on and off stage.
During her career, she has performed on large stages, such as in the Guelaguetza Auditorium, where she has participated since 2019 in the show La Guelaguetza, as well as in different states of the country, the United States and some countries in Europe.
She is currently promoting her album calleds A flor de piel and the live show De Oaxaca para el mundo, where she shares with the audience her music and love for Oaxacan customs and traditions.
