With 100 premiers and over 30 plays in its repertoire, the CNT fosters and develops theatrical projects, promoting their circulation in Mexico and abroad. Thanks to its favorable creation conditions, the CNT works rigorously on the artistic projects that conform to its theatrical offering, working with artists from different generations and trends in numerous projects which shape a broad panorama of Mexican theater nowadays. With Enrique Singer as head of the Art Direction, its primary goals are reinforced, such as promoting classic theater and new Mexican theater art as well as developing long-term activities that nurture the cultural diversity of the country and enhance theatrical activity at a national level, supporting its decentralization.
