La Máquina del Tiempo Producciones

A performing arts and film production company founded in 2018 by Paola Méndez Salguero with the objective of developing, managing, and producing plays of national contemporary dramaturgy. Its first production is Acá en la Tierra, a project benefited from Efiartes 2018, in co-production with Los Bocanegra Theater through 2019 FONCA Co-Investments. The project premiered on August 10th in 2019, at the Helenic Theaterand has had two more seasons at the Milan Theater and the Benito Juárez Theater, in addition to being presented at the Degollado Theater within the framework of the MET and in the city of Aguascalientes.

Los Bocanegra

This theater company is characterized by bringing to stage texts created from the dialogues of its members. Formed by actors, playwrights, directors, scenographers, lighting designers, artists from different disciplines, since the beginning, it has sought to write dramaturgy from different creative processes that lead into unique stagings. Los Bocanegra seeks to explore, reflect, and share ideas about the place of the actor within the contemporary scenic phenomenon, that is why many of the shows are created from the actor and their speech.
