Centro de Experimentación y Producción de Música Contemporánea (CEPROMUSIC)

It was created in 2012 as a space where artistic and academic activities converge in favor of the creation, development and spreading of contemporary music. Its repertoire assembles the broadest elements of the current scene: from a new complexity to improvisation, or a macro resonance to real-time code. In addition to its strong Latin American vocation, CEPROMUSIC is the instrument of many contemporary Mexican composers, which have collaborated, commissioned, performed and recorded several generations of musicians. Since its creation, the ensemble has performed more than 250 concerts in which it has interpreted more than 500 works and 150 premieres.
