Coros del Valle de Señora

Coros del Valle de Señora

Under the general direction of Laura Elena Torres de Plasencia and the artistic guidance of Maestro Jaime Castro Pineda, Fundación Coros del Valle de Señora stands as one of Mexico’s most solid choral projects. Since its founding, it has promoted the musical training of nearly two thousand children and young people from public schools in León, Guanajuato, with strong support from Grupo Flexi.

Throughout its trajectory, its choirs have participated in notable opera productions such as La Bohème, Tosca, Carmen, Pagliacci, and Parsifal, as well as in symphonic choral repertoire including Carmina Burana and Gustav Mahler’s Symphonies Nos. 3 and 8. They have performed at venues such as Teatro del Bicentenario, Palacio de Bellas Artes, and stages in Querétaro, San Luis Potosí, and Mexico City.
