Celebrated for expanding the possibilities of the Celtic (lever) harp and bringing its practice to new levels of visibility, the Scottish musician is currently based in Kingston, New York, where she tours internationally as a soloist, bandleader, and composer. She is a member of both the Silkroad Ensemble and Arooj Aftab’s Grammy-winning Vulture Prince Ensemble. Her most recent album, The Harpweaver, received five stars from The Irish Times, which described it as “agile, vivacious, and captivating.” She is also a featured artist in the DreamWorks film How to Train Your Dragon soundtrack.
