Founded in 2015, it performs music by young Mexican composers with a modern jazz sound and elements of Mexican and Latin American folklore. Their debut album, The Jazz Orchestra (2019), includes collaborations with Miguel Zenón and Eddie Gómez. They have participated in prominent festivals and accompanied artists such as Dannah Garay, Argentina Durán, Lucía Gutiérrez, Iraida Noriega, and Arturo O’Farril. They are currently working on a new production alongside the vocal ensemble Nawi.
