Originally from Comarca Lagunera, he graduated from Escuela Nacional de Arte Teatral, with specialisations in lighting design for performances and production from Instituto de Formación en Oficios del Espectáculo in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He has been a PECDA grantee and has experience as a teacher and workshop leader in topics related to stagecraft —techniques and processes for mounting performances— and stage design. 

He has worked with various national companies, creating set and lighting designs for productions such as Los sueños se tejen entre sí, Permanencia voluntaria, Bubble Gum, and Simplemente complicado. He is currently part of the production team at Compañía Nacional de Ópera, where he has collaborated on productions including Rigoletto, La Bohème, Lady Macbeth of Mtsensk, and Beatrix Cenci, among others.
