She is an independent multidisciplinary artist, dancer and choreographer from Peru who explores dance as an expressive and healing medium. A mother and grandmother, her work centres on the interaction between body, space and time, with a focus on women, memory and emotional connections. She co-directs ÍNTEGRO and served as director of Teatro Universitario at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos in Lima. She has participated in major theatre and dance festivals across Latin America, Europe and Asia, including Festival Internacional Cervantino in Mexico and Festival Internacional de Teatro de Bogotá. She has received grants for artistic residencies at the Baryshnikov Arts Center in New York and the Darpana Academy of Performing Arts in India. She lives and works in Lima.
