Mexican composer from Veracruz with a master’s degree in music composition from Universidad Veracruzana, where she graduated with honours. Her music has been performed in several countries, and in 2023 she was awarded the Cátedra Extraordinaria de Composición Musical Arturo Márquez, which led to the premiere of her work Perenne mar —a piece inspired by the poem Dolor by Argentine writer Alfonsina Storni— performed by Orquesta Juvenil Universitaria Eduardo Mata (OJUEM). In 2024, this piece was presented at Foro Internacional de Música Nueva Manuel Enríquez and at the EarShot Readings in Canada. She also participated in the France Summer Music YXIE, where she received commissions for new compositions. Additionally, she was selected for Programa Permanente de Fortalecimiento a Jóvenes Compositores of CEPROMUSIC. Throughout her career, she has been a beneficiary of Programa de Estímulo a la Creación y al Desarrollo Artístico (PECDA) in Veracruz and Puebla, with notable works including Xantolo: Sinfonía de Cámara and Ballet para Ensamble de Cámara: Popocatépetl e Iztaccíhuatl.
