Born in Buenos Aires, she is actively engaged in composition and teaching. Her musical training began early with guitar lessons under the guidance of Irma Costanzo, culminating in a bachelor’s degree in musical arts from Universidad Nacional de las Artes (I.U.N.A.) in 2010. Pereyra has attended seminars and composition courses with renowned teachers such as Mariano Etkin and Gerardo Gandini. 

Her output ranges from chamber works to orchestral scores, notably including …Y su sombra (2010), awarded the SADAIC prize, as well as El rigor de Ruster (2011) and Iniciar Sesión (2011). She currently works as a university professor, teaching composition, morphology, and musical notation.
