A Nigerian British musician, singer-songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. Seye has collaborated with Damon Albarn since 2011, when he joined the live band of the Africa Express collective as a bassist. Albarn later brought him on as both bassist and guitarist for The Heavy Seas, the band that accompanied him on the Everyday Robots tour in 2012. In 2016, Seye took on the role of live bassist for Gorillaz during the Humanz tour, and he has remained the group’s live bassist ever since.
