She holds a degree in dramatic literature and theatre from UNAM. She has participated in more than fifty plays, performing in countries such as Costa Rica, Spain, France, Canada, Japan, Hungary, Colombia, Russia, and Argentina. She was part of the regular cast of Compañía Nacional de Teatro. She received the Premio Metropolitano for Best Supporting Actress. She is a member of the early music group Segreles. Currently, she teaches at Escuela de Bellas Artes de la Universidad Panamericana, Escuela Nacional de Arte Teatral (INBA), and at Colegio de Literatura Dramática y Teatro, FFyL, UNAM.
