Mano Noriega

Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in scenography specialising in lighting from Escuela Nacional de Arte Teatral (INBA), he has worked as a designer and lighting technician/operator, as well as a musician and sound designer, in over 25 productions. As a designer, he has contributed to projects such as Lavar, Peinar y Enterrar (nominated for the Metro Audience Award for Theatrical Experience), El Ángel del Arrabal, Les Galantes, Reventadas, El Camino del Colibrí, Manguito (O la Anatomía de un Patito de Hule), Cantares en Re Menor (semi-finalist of the Premio Nacional de la Danza), and Ui Did It (winner of the 30th FITU, category C2). As a lighting technician/operator, he has been part of productions including Cats (produced by Gerardo Quiroz), La Llorona en Xochimilco (Cesper productions), Mentiras el Concierto and Defensores by Ensamble Somasona.
