Sara Pinedo

She holds a master’s degree in theatre and performance arts from Universidad Nacional de las Artes in Argentina and a bachelor’s degree in communication. Her work intersects documentary, participatory, and community-based art with gender, human rights, and intergenerational perspectives. Her writings have been published in Paso de Gato, Tramoya, Teatro Sin Paredes, among others, and her stage work has been presented in Mexico, Germany, Argentina, Colombia, Spain, and England. She facilitates workshops on community theatre, collective creation, and playwriting across different states in Mexico and in the Diplomatura Binacional México–Argentina programme. She took part in Programa Internacional de Dramaturgia Royal Court Theatre + Anglo Arts at UNAM. 

She is a member of Un Colectivo and the collective Lxs de Abajo. She also coordinates La Pepena and the reading and writing promotion project Érase una vez rap. She is currently part of Sistema Nacional de Creadores de Arte (SNCA).
