Over time, ÍNTEGRO’s works have been devoted to celebrating life. At first, they did so by critiquing the violence and alienation of capitalist society. Gradually, their focus shifted toward reflecting on human relationships and our connection to nature.

From Vallejo’s insights into the contradictions of modern life to the recognition of a knowledge rooted in the land, the mountains and the plants, ÍNTEGRO’s works and performances created between 1984 and 2024 form a repertoire of actions, images and experiences. These deserve to be seen as artefacts that question the present. Taken together, they condense vital impulses that invite us to explore beyond (or perhaps within) the challenges of our time.
