Based in London, she trained at the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance. In 2023, she joined Company Wayne McGregor, with which she has had the opportunity to perform both in the UK and internationally in productions such as UniVerse: A Dark Crystal Odyssey, Autobiography, Deepstaria, Moschino Milan Fashion Week SS24, Future Self, and Living Archive: An AI Performance Experiment.

Prior to her professional training, she was a member of the National Youth Dance Company under the direction of Botis Seva and Russell Maliphant, and was a finalist in BBC Young Dancer 2022, where she presented her own work at the Roundhouse alongside pieces by Ivan Michael Blackstock and Seeta Patel.

As an independent maker, she has presented her choreographic work at venues including the Lillian Baylis Theatre, Sadler’s Wells, and the Clore Studio at the Royal Opera House, in addition to creating screendance works.
