Originally from New Zealand, she trained as a contemporary dancer at the New Zealand School of Dance. After graduating in 2011, she joined the New Zealand Dance Company as their inaugural apprentice before moving to Townsville, Australia, to work with DanceNorth. She worked as a freelancer between New Zealand and Australia with various choreographers, including Ross McCormack and Sarah Foster-Sproull. In 2013, she relocated to London, where she continued her freelance career across the UK and Europe. Since 2017, she has been a member of Company Wayne McGregor.
