Born in Mexico City, she has been a fandango jarocho dancer for over thirty years and holds a degree in Architecture from UNAM. With a professional artistic career spanning over twenty-five years, she has been part of Conjunto de Danza Folklórica at UNAM, Ballet Folklórico de México de Amalia Hernández, and Academia de Flamenco de Mercedes Amaya, “La Winy”.
